As part of his doctoral studies, Dr/Pastor J. Randy Grimes worked through and competed a complete Church organizational/operational manual for the church he pastored for 45 years. Pastor Randy was a true mentor to scores of ministers over the years; therefore, before his death, Pastor Randy wanted to continue to sow into ministers by making available this manual in an editable form so churches could help better organize their ministries. OBE wants to thank Dr./Rev. Pastor J. Randy Grimes for his heart of mentorship and willingness to continue to build the kingdom even after his work on earth was done!
